Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

  1. All items will be shipped free of charge in the USA including all territories. Shipping will be by ground and usually takes 5-7 business days from when it leaves the Jordco Warehouse.  Shipping from the Jordco Warehouse occurs every Tuesday and/or Thursday whichever day is closest to when the order is placed. 
  1. All shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $19.95 (USD) by ground service. Ground service typically takes 5-7 days to arrive in Canadian Customs.  Once it has arrived in Customs it is out of Jordco’s control and delivery to the final destination is determined by Customs and the Canadian delivery system. 
  1. Expedited services (overnight) are possible on either a Tuesday or Thursday. To obtain overnight delivery please CONTACT US. 
  1. For all orders outside the USA and Canada, it is possible to ship using the US Postal Service's First Class Package International, which will take 7-21 days depending on where the shipment is going. Tracking is available; however, it depends on the country, as tracking might be just to Customs, or it could be to the final destination.  If you wish to use a more expedited shipping method please CONTACT US.  

    Product Returns.

    Non Defective Items. 

    1. For all non defective item returns purchased through the Jordco e-Store, contact Jordco within 30 days (1 month) for replacement or refunds at 503-531-3904.
    2. All returns must have prior authorization and customer will be supplied with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  The RAN must appear on the return package.
    3. All goods must be returned with all the packaging and components to: Jordco, Inc. 1815 NW 169th Place, Ste 6030, Beaverton, OR 97006
    4. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
    5. Upon return, Jordco will promptly refund the cost of the goods to customer's credit card.   

    Defective Item Returns.

    1. For any defective item purchased through the Jordco e-Store contact Jordco within 180 days (6 months) for a replacement or refund at 503-531-3904.
    2. All returns must have prior authorization and customer will be supplied with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  The RAN must appear on the return package.
    3. All goods must be returned with all the packaging and components to: Jordco, Inc. 1815 NW 169th Place, Ste 6030, Beaverton, OR 97006
    4. Upon receipt of the defective item and at the discretion of Jordco, we will replace the item or refund your credit card.
    5. For all defective items, Jordco will issue a prepaid Return Call Tag from either FedEx or UPS.
